LIMITATIONS

  no udp. no quic, webrtc, dns over udp.
  no ipv6 literals, hostnames only.
  streams die with their session. new loads reconnect fine,
  in-flight transfers do not resume.
  you land on the nearest edge node automatically.
  dns goes through cloudflare family (1.1.1.3).
